My purpose is to provide resources that help Christians to flourish spiritually and mentally. These poems and affirmations were inspired by the Holy Spirit and will help to lift the spirt and promote mental wellness. I worship and heal through journaling poetry and I love to share my experience through my writings. Processing my emotions through journaling poetry has helped my overall wellbeing and it is my prayer that this book will inspire the reader to worship and be transparent with God and self. Proverbs 16:24 says that "Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweet to the taste and healing for the body." These devotional poems reveal my plight for a healthier soul as I delved deep into the parts of my mind that needed healing. They reveal the overlooked gifts in my life that encouraged me to keep moving forward as I basked in the loving-kindness of my Creator. I believe that the Master’s hand will touch your heart as you embrace these words of encouragement, worship, and affirmation. May the sounds of Heaven flow into your heart as you read the words from these poems. May the words bring healing to your soul, body and spirit. I believer they will because our Father God is quite lyrical.
