Baby & Mom-Pre Natal Yoga (DVD)

This program from Peter Pan and hosted by yoga guru Gurmukh Khalsa is designed specifically for pregnant women. Released in 2001, Baby and Mom: Prenatal Yoga attempts to help women build strength in the months before giving birth. The segments include standing procedures, floor stretching, endurance, squats, chanting, and relaxation and meditation. A companion program, Baby and Mom: Postnatal Yoga, is also available.
